Process of RMA return

Warranty: 
All products have two-year warranty, and we will offer 1%~2% spare parts together with the order. 

The warranty dose not apply to damage or failure caused by: 
--Accient, neglect, abuse or acts of force majeure; 
--Unauthorized repair or modification of the product; 
--Failture to install or use the product in accordance with the instruction or use of this product

Return / Exchange Policy
We provide one~two limited warranty for all of its products. Products can be serviced and/or repaired at a fee after the warranty period. Please contact our sales representative before you ship the RMA products. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and well packaged. Please send email to us or fax the air waybill to us as soon as you ship the RMA products.

Please keep shipping and insurance information, including tracking number, until replacement / repaired product is received. If we determine that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we reserve the right not to repair or replace.

Notes: If the warranty seal or sticker of the products are broken or have been tampered with, the products will no longer have any warranty,Also will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your products
